Services provided<\/h4>\n<p>Studio Gravity offers custom clothing for men. On the Website, you will find detailed product descriptions and 3D visualizations of the products that can be acquired. While we try to accurately display the colours of our products on the Website, the actual colours you see depend on your monitor and settings of your screen, and we thus cannot guarantee that the colours displayed by your monitor will be the same colour of the product at the time of delivery and\/or receiving:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The variations in manufacturing processes, the settings of your monitor and your computer hardware can affect fabrics and product designs, which means that the delivered products may be slightly different in appearance to those shown and described on the Website.<\/li>\n<li>All products \/ fabrics of Studio Gravity are subject to availability, which means that we cannot always deliver the order. We will inform you as soon as possible, if the product you have requested is not available and, if you agree so, we may offer an alternative product of equivalent or higher quality, or of equal value.<\/li>\n<li>Please keep in mind that your order will only be processed if you have placed the order correctly and we received authorization from your payment card.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>5. Prices<\/h4>\n<p>Taxes are not included. All fees charged by Studio Gravity are exclusive of any taxes, duties or other governmental levies or any financial charges. You agree to pay and be responsible for any taxes, duties, levies, or charges for the use of the Transaction Services in addition to our service fees.<br \/>\nIf the package is held in customs and duties are charged, even if we are not obliged to do so, we will reimburse the import duties (up to 25% of the order&#8217;s value). To request the refund for the customs taxes, the invoice should be sent within 30 days after delivery.<\/p>\n<h4>6. Splitit<\/h4>\n<p>Splitit is a global payment method available in select countries that provides a simple, quick, and seamless buying experience. With Splitit, you can spread out your payments (6 separate payments). Shipping<\/h4>\n<p>Delivery time is 14-28 days from the date of payment. The provided delivery date is an estimated date and not an ensured one. Due to external factors, the delivery date could be different from the confirmed date. Studio Gravity guarantees delivery except in situations, events or circumstances that are beyond our control (customer is not available, adverse weather conditions, errors in the shipping information, legal procedures, public holidays, etc.). Shipping is free on orders above $250 USD. For orders below this value shipping costs will be at a flat rate of $50 USD (regardless of the number of products).<\/p>\n<h4>8. After-sales policy: Alterations, remakes, and refunds<\/h4>\n<p>Studio Gravity offers a Perfect Fit Guarantee for all its products. This guarantee includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If your garment needs some slight adjustments, alterations take your garments to any local tailor, and we will refund the cost of the alterations*<\/li>\n<li>If your garment does not fit perfectly and requires significant adjustments or in those cases where the garment cannot be adjusted, we will remake the similar garment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To request a refund for the alterations, the following steps need to be followed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Take your garments to the closest local tailor (or alterations shop)<\/li>\n<li>Log into your Studio Gravity account, go to &#8220;open inquiry&#8221;, and attach the Invoice.<\/li>\n<li>Studio Gravity will refund you the costs* within 3 business days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The following conditions apply for the refund for adjustments:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You must complain about your order within 30 days after delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Costs will only be reimbursed if you provide a real invoice within 30 days after delivery.<\/li>\n<li>The refunds for adjustments are limited to 25% of the product price.<\/li>\n<li>The refund for the adjustments will be as store credit if the invoice has been sent between 30 and 90 days after delivery.<\/li>\n<li>The refund for the adjustments will be as store credit if the order is a free remake.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The following conditions apply for the remakes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The new product will be the same as the original one.<\/li>\n<li>The original garments should be returned to our quality control centre. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.<\/li>\n<li>Style and fabric changes have an additional cost of 25% + difference in the fabric price.<\/li>\n<li>Fabric changes are for free if the fabric is out of stock.<\/li>\n<li>Studio Gravity reserves the right to deny remakes in circumstances where our professionals consider that tailoring arrangement is the most suitable option, the products are not in perfect condition and the customer does not cooperate with the information requested for the new remake.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Since every product is 100% individually custom-tailored and handcrafted just for you, we do not offer refunds. This is standard practice for custom-tailored products as there is no resale value.<br \/>\nAnyway, we will be glad to offer you a free remake whether garments cannot be adjusted locally according to our policy.<\/p>\n<h4>9. Cancellation<\/h4>\n<p>Studio Gravity only allows cancellation of an order if it has been made within 24 hours. After this time span, we cannot cancel the order as its production has begun and costs incurred (fabrics, tailor time, etc.)<\/p>\n<h4>10. Modifications and accuracy of the content<\/h4>\n<p>Studio Gravity reserves the right to make unannounced changes in its website when considered as appropriate, change, delete or add content and services provided through the same, as well as the way in which they are presented or located on the Website for its improvement and renewal.<\/p>\n<h4>11. Exclusion Rights<\/h4>\n<p>Studio Gravity reserves the right to refuse or withdraw access to the Website and\/or services offered without notice on its own or a third party, to users, who violate these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<h4>12.
